Beyond happy with the team
I've been working a little over 2 months with the team at Programmers and I can honestly say they are the best offshore team I have ever worked with - Specfically Akshay.
I found when working with offshore that they are very task-driven, meaning they just do the work and go home. This may be okay for a lot of people but I always look for more. Akshay has constantly been forward-thinking and offering suggestions to problems that I don't even know exist yet. Ultimately this saves me a headache in the future.
I've just upped my work with them to full-time and I am delighted and excited for the next few months.
