Cons: It is expensive, it has a few developers only. Also, Bad product support.

I like all the extensions Magento has to offer. The backend is very easy to use once you figure it all out. I like that it candle a large number of products and multiple stores. Was able to use it with or without Wordpress which was very beneficial to our business.
