“WE-R-VAS” the meaning is laying within this word – We are Virtual Assistants. WERVAS is a team of Virtual Assistants who work as an extra pair of hands to take off the overload & mental stress from you. Apart from Virtual Assistance, we do provide services like Web Design and Development, Software Development, Android and IOS Development, and Digital Marketing.
What is the story behind starting this company?
WERVAS was founded in the year of 2016 at the City of Joy, Kolkata. We wanted to help small & medium-sized businesses as well as start-ups to reduce their workload and hire an experienced team at a more affordable cost. We wanted to give our clients access to an organized group of intelligent assistants without costing them an arm and a leg. Our mission is to add some extra amount of time virtually to everyone’s life. We are dedicated to helping our clients to achieve their business goals. We have served over 550 clients and saved more than 87,000 hours of their life (till now).
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We do not outsource any of our work, we have our own in-house teams. I am using the word teams as we have dedicated teams for every segment of the services we provide.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
WERVAS is the most affordable Virtual Assistance Service provider available in the industry. We do not compromise the quality of our work; all of our team members are hired based on their skills and experience and every hired individual goes under 1 month of internal quality training. We have customized plans and one has the freedom to select the plan they would actually require. There is one more thing that differentiates us from other service providers of the same domain and that is our work ethic “We place our employees first”, it helps us to get more productivity and quality from our team members.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We love to work with Entrepreneurs, Startups, and Small to Medium-sized Businesses. Most of our clients are recurring clients. We can conclude that around 80% of our customers are repetitive.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Our major domain is providing virtual assistance. By 2021 we are getting more clients who are showing interest in dropshipping business. Our team members are helping lots of drop shippers to generate a good amount of revenue.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We are dedicated to providing quality output to our customers. We have our quality team to monitor the quality of each work. Every work is delivered after the quality check has been done. We have been fortunate enough to get good reviews and testimonials from our customers. Till now we have not received any negative feedback from our valued clients.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have multiple modes of communication. We do provide support via our Chat System, Email, Skype, Call, and WhatsApp.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have flexible pricing for Monthly, Quarterly, and Pay As You Go Virtual Assistant Service plans. Web Design and Development, Software Development, and App Development are considered project-based works. We offer Pay Per Milestone in our project-based works.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
No, there is no budget requirement. We give equal importance to every project that we work on. Recently, we have worked on a small project of $299.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
In 2021 the minimum project value we have worked on is $299 and the maximum is $15,000.

In 10 years, I see WERVAS as the leader in the Virtual Assistant Industry helping every business to save time and cost.
