Transformation of the OmiSoft sales department
We’ve been working with Sales Label for almost two years — time for a review.
The transformation of our OmiSoft sales department has been impressive. Processes became clearer, lead generation more structured, and we finally feel in control of our pipeline.
Video follow-ups and a simple, practical OKR system noticeably improved daily performance. The team became more focused and motivated, and the number of high-quality inbound and partnership requests grew significantly.
Sales Label also rebuilt our outbound direction: a new SDR process, refined messaging, and a structure that actually works. As a result, we’re now getting consistent, qualified conversations from markets that were previously out of reach.
They improved our Pre-Sale flow — calls, preparation, presentations, offers — increasing the quality of new sales by about 30%.

Describe your project in brief
The IT market has been very difficult in recent years, so we faced sales problems in our company. The challenge was to improve the sales department and continue to grow as a company
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Analysis of current processes, constant review and feedback on our presales. That is, it was not standard consulting, where an audit is done and a list of recommendations is prepared, but constant support. We worked on some things 2-3 times, because the first time it did not give the desired result. Working with our sales managers, their training was especially useful.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Overall, there are no comments. During our work, we periodically conduct a retrospective and eliminate problem areas in cooperation.
