The team was professional! They had an online meeting with me weekly since the detailed plan was approved. They report every single problem, trend, and feedback or result they get from the users and clients. All I need to do is receive the information and get back to our developers to change our products to match the client and market needs. Even though the project has ended, I still get their support in consulting about what I should do next to maintain and grow my business with the assets they gave us. They also train our marketing department in digital marketing activities, although I didn't have this department before. What I can say is that they are truly dedicated, and they are all experts. They know how exactly to spend the budget efficiently.
