Their ability to meet project deadlines about 90% of the time and deliver neat, minimally buggy code was commendable. Project management is primarily handled through Aftersow Technology, with development completed as a collaborative effort. Communication via Slack and schedule management is seamless—I request something to be done, and it is completed on schedule. Task management is done via Kanban boards in Trello, and work is regularly pushed to BitBucket, allowing me to monitor progress and provide feedback quickly.

Our company needed a versatile, agile, and creative designer to handle ten different projects simultaneously. Initially, we hired two designers but quickly identified one standout consultant from JetSoftPro. Their task was to provide illustrations, handle UI/UX inquiries, and create random icons for our ongoing projects. We needed a solution for our network of inspectors across the country to conduct business inspections and valuations remotely via video call. JetSoftPro developed a progressive web app that allowed us to control a person’s camera remotely, using WebRTC technology. This web app didn't require downloading and enabled us to capture photos and receive content remotely, leveraging individuals' cell phones. Throughout the project, we interacted with about ten people from JetSoftPro, including project managers and developers. While there were some transitions in the team, JetSoftPro efficiently filled positions with new hires. We chose JetSoftPro because they offered the best combination of price and expertise among six bidders. JetSoftPro began their work in June 2019 and completed the project in January 2020, though we have additional projects for them. Given the complexity of the project, with numerous variables such as web browsers, cell phones, internet connections, and operating systems, we aimed for a success rate above 93%. JetSoftPro achieved an impressive 95.2% success rate.

The main challenge was to imagine something completely new both from the user interaction point of view and development. The short-term goal was to create an MVP to show investors the infinite potential of the product and start building communities around the platform. The highly collaborative meeting allowed us to test the team and challenge them to bring ideas, which they did effectively and quickly. JetSoftPro took our overall idea and, in collaboration with us, created a feature workflow, UX/UI designs, backend architecture, and defined all technical requirements. They also suggested additional features and developed the product in all its aspects. Though it is too early to share specific metrics, what we have demonstrated to our shareholders, investors, and advisors has received high levels of appreciation and generated additional interest from our network.

As the owner of Corner General, a company that invests in sports real estate projects across the Arabian Gulf countries, we manage several commercial football fields in Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
