Describe your project in brief
We needed a Salesforce team to help one of our fintech clients roll out B2B marketing automation in Salesforce, since we didn’t have this expertise in-house. The idea was to clean up and streamline lead management, automate campaigns, and improve how they engage with business customers. Grinteq brought in a Senior Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Automation Engineer, a Salesforce Core Engineer, and a Project/Key Account Manager to coordinate everything and keep communication smooth.
In roughly two months, they set up automated workflows and lead routing, built email campaigns and reporting dashboards, integrated Salesforce with the client’s existing tools, and trained the internal team so they could confidently use the new setup going forward.
