Attract was approached to work on our Phase 2 development of our esports gaming platform after our original developer who developed Phase 1 had to withdraw from the project due to issues with resources. This incident has left us without a development team two months from the deadline and brought us back to square one. From the introduction meeting (first meeting with Attract) to signing the contract, it took around two weeks, which is an achievement by itself. Attract's ability to absorb the scope, analyze it, digest it, assign resources and prepare the paperwork for such a large project was impressive to say the least. The next day after signing the contract, work has commenced, with meetings with business analysts kicking off in the same week. In Summary The project’s deadline was set on the 15th of June and was achieved The development was done through sprints, which were clear Minor misunderstandings were experienced but resolved immediately with minimal to no repercussions

I came up with an idea to make the data from Ukraine’s Real Estate Register - available to the public, to anyone. I was starting as a startup basically. We needed to invent a non-standard approach to integrate the government API (basically real estate register) and make our own backend with API. Also, I needed a cross-platform cost-effective mobile app developed. It was tough. The API didn’t have any proper documentation and normal support from the API owners/company. But we finally did it and I am very grateful to all Attract Group team for their efforts. We mostly use Slack and Zoom as a communication tool. The communication was clear and transparent.

We are incredibly happy with our collaboration with Attract group for the development of our MVP. We have decided to continue our collaboration for the coming months.

The project is a combination of a personal account for the users of our Internet services where they can manage tariffs and provide online payment. There is also a CRM system where a point of connection can be added, information can be edited, several different addresses can be assigned to a certain user, internet speed can be monitored and regulated (slowed down or burst automatically according to the needs), and access rights can be restricted. They also helped us incorporate NAS as a gateway between the users and the Radius server to reject the user and thus deny them network access, or to accept the user, and let them onto the network.

Because they took the time to understand our business and what was needed, I could be a lot more hands off as they were proactively anticipating what we needed. Work product was first class and they really took the time to test all aspects of a very complex system. I have both web and mobile app development and again both were excellent. Design team was also first rate which was refreshing for the website and other design features.
