What Users Like The Most

Being able to have people sign our NDA
The visitor tracking works well, as does the preregistration process for scheduling upcoming visits. You also have a lot of granular control over the sign-in experience. The presentation of the Lobby app definitely gives a better first impression to our guests than the old paper visitor log did...
I love that Lobbytrack integrates with our access control system for real time provisioning and deprovisioning of access cards. You can literally activate access cards for guests on arrival within seconds. Then, upon sign-out and/or after a designated period of time elapses, the access card can be shut off automatically. This really helps us from a security standpoint. Enabling the integration with our access control system was seamless easy.

What Users Like The Least

No cons
There is definitely a lack of support documentation, which is apparent when trying to configure things like SSO or get granular with some of the many other settings. It's also nice that SSO is available, but really unfortunate that it is limited to the highest license tier and that the implementation doesn't extend to the employee app, which is a blocker for us.
There are a few elements that could benefit from a mild user-interface refresh on the admin side of things. It would help to have more control over security role granularity for access management of privileged users.

Straight forward & logical system to use

After watching some videos and reading, I set up the system to work for our organisation. However, it was delayed for a few months due to the merging of the organisations I work for. The support, as is the issue with us as we are in NZ, is often a delayed response, which was to be expected; however, the mornings worked well, and I would say that I was thrilled with Saurabh's excellent help. We did have an issue getting the video to play, but the techies from behind the scenes helped, and that was my only stumbling block. It is straightforward for the user, and for our records, it is clear, easy, and ticks the boxes for our Health and safety records. I am able to access it anytime and have the history; it is just what we need.

An extremely positive start with the software

I took on the task of evaluating several products to make the final decision on what we would procure and implement. Over the past month, I've been going through this process, and now we're prepared to move forward with the purchase and implementation of the chosen product. I'm new to software like LobbyTrack, specifically a visitor management tool. While assessing the product before deciding to implement it, I've found the support to be the standout aspect. The early support I received, both in terms of sales and technical assistance, played a crucial role in shaping my decision-making process. It not only helped me evaluate the product but also influenced my final decision on whether to make the purchase. Right now, support is the key factor for me, and it's what I value most in a company.

The support I received was a game changer. Regarding the pricing, I find it to be quite competitive, bordering on unmatched. It's genuinely an affordable product, and I appreciate the fact that they offer a variety of plans catering to different businesses, with a special consideration for nonprofit organizations like ours. In my opinion, their pricing is fantastic.

What do you like the least about Lobbytrack?

Honestly, it's been about a month, maybe a month and a half, and I can't find any downsides to the company so far. Despite the time difference, and the fact that I haven't made any payments yet, the response time has been consistently good. I'm quite comfortable with how things have been going, and right now, I don't have anything negative to say about the company.

Easy to Simplify for Basic Needs

Lobbytrack comes with many features, many of which our organization did not need (e.g. photo capture). Fortunately, all of these are easy to enable/disable in the settings to create a streamlined sign-in process.

Initial Lobbytrack Review

Using Lobbytrack has been helpful in improving our company’s visitor management. The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done, although the interface for check-in on the PC feels a little too simplistic and outdated. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information, but it would be helpful if we could still create appointments despite missing some of the information. For example, we may not always have an email address for a service technician. Overall, Lobbytrack has been well received by our staff and our guests!

Full-Featured and Easy to Use Visitor Management Solution

We evaluated several visitor management solutions/apps and Lobbytrack stood apart from much of the competition. It was easy to implement, configure, and start using. The sales team was very thorough and helpful in answering questions I had. Overall great experience!

Promising Visitor Management w/ Room to Grow

We started using Lobbytrack to modernize our previous paper visitor log. We quickly started viewing this as an opportunity to make a strong branding impression on all visitors to our office. We also discovered, post-implementation, that we would need to use the pre-registration features to reduce the bottleneck that was created when we had a group of visitors arriving at the same time. As an added bonus, we are able to send pertinent information to all our visitors, such as the guest Wi-Fi info.

Lobbytrack changed our visitor management

We had a really hard time keeping track of our visitors. We constantly have people coming in and out our office for demos. Because of Lobbytrack we were able to get a better visitors log and have them sign our NDA.

LobbyTrack was pretty much exactly what we wanted

we wanted something that looked professional, was simple to use, allowed us to manage visitors/enter visitor info ahead of time to expedite sign in time, and allows us to export logs to save in our files.
